Case 1

48 year old female, with progressive scoliosis and severe back pain over the thoracolumbar region. She also had severe osteoporosis. Due to the severity of her pain, she decided to proceed with surgery. She underwent multilevel osteotomies and fusion and instrumentation T2-L4. Her back pain significantly improved 3 months after surgery.
